* A client should properly fill-up/signed the following documents:

1.    Reservation Agreement from SMDC
2.    Reservation Fee (Cash/Check/Copy of Remittance Slip)
3.    2 Valid ID’s, with picture/signature
4.    Passport (photocopied)
5.    TIN Card or 1904 BIR Form
6.    Complete Post Dated Checks (PDC’s to follow w/in 15 days)



For International Buyers:

You can make your remittance through any Philippine Bank in your country like PNB or BDO Branches. You can write it down the following in the Remittance Slip.

*Note: Please indicate your purpose of payment in the space of the slip as

  • Reservation Fee to the _LR1-2345_ (Unit No. of the reserved SMDC Project)
  • Or if there is any other SMDC project.
